At Hindustan Scouts & Guides Association, we value the support of our members, volunteers, donors, and well-wishers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding payments made through our website.
All donations made to Hindustan Scouts & Guides Association are voluntary and are used to support our educational, community service, environmental, and youth development initiatives. Donations are generally non-refundable. We encourage donors to carefully review the donation amount before completing the transaction.
If a donation has been made in error or if there has been a duplicate transaction, please contact us within 7 days of the payment. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Refunds for membership fees, training programs, camps, workshops, or event registrations may be considered only if a written cancellation request is received before the scheduled commencement of the program. Once the program, camp, or event has started, registration fees are generally non-refundable.
If Hindustan Scouts & Guides Association cancels any event, training program, or camp due to unforeseen circumstances, participants may be offered a full refund, partial refund, or the option to transfer the registration to a future event.
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method. The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
